Shipping Fee
Our shipping policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly, catering to DDIYA customers worldwide. We currently offer free worldwide shipping on eligible DDIYA Studio orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Shipping availability may vary by destination, local carrier service, order status, and customs requirements. If we are unable to ship to your address, our support team will contact you after your order is placed.
DDIYA wants the shipping process to feel clear before you purchase. The tables below outline our standard shipping approach, the estimated processing time, and the estimated delivery window after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates only and may change during holidays, large sales periods, severe weather, customs review, carrier congestion, or other events outside our control.

*Note: "Worldwide" refers to destinations supported by our current logistics partners. Certain islands, remote areas, military addresses, restricted zones, or locations affected by carrier limitations may not be available at all times. If additional information is required for delivery, DDIYA may contact you by email before the order ships.
Shipping Time
Below are the estimated shipping times for DDIYA orders. These estimates are provided so you have a general understanding of how long it may take for your order to be prepared and delivered. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery time begins after the order has been dispatched, not on the date the order is placed.

Orders are reviewed before dispatch to confirm payment, address details, and product availability. We do not guarantee weekend processing. If your order requires address clarification, fraud review, or additional customer information, processing may pause until we receive your response.

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your order ships, you should receive an automatic notification by email with tracking information. If you have not received a tracking number, or if the tracking link does not update right away, please allow the carrier additional time to scan the package into its network.
If the tracking number still does not work after the carrier has had time to update it, contact team@ddiya.com with your order number. We will help check the shipment status and provide the most current information available to us.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Delays may be caused by customs processing, address issues, local delivery restrictions, weather conditions, carrier backlogs, or other events that DDIYA cannot directly control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to review the situation.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to change the address or cancel the shipment. DDIYA is not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
